2. Next-Day Delivery (Tracked)

In a rush? Our express service ensures your poster is prioritized.

  • Cost: £5.99.

  • Timeline: Next working day (for orders placed before 2pm).

  • Tracking: Fully tracked from our printer to your doorstep for peace of mind.

3. Same-Day Printing Dispatch

We are one of the few services offering true Same-Day Dispatch. If you place your order and upload your print-ready file by 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday), we will print and hand your poster to the courier that afternoon. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following working day.

4. Protective Packaging (Free Poster Tube)

Shipping a large-format poster requires care. We don’t just put your poster in a box; we roll it professionally and secure it inside a heavy-duty cardboard poster tube.

  • Included: Free with every order.

  • Benefit: Ensures your poster arrives without creases, folds, or frayed edges.

  • Reuse: The tube is durable enough to be used for carrying your poster to your conference or viva.

Are you heading to an international conference? While we primarily focus on UK delivery, we offer a Foldable Fabric Poster option specifically for travelers. You can have it delivered to your UK address via our standard service, then simply fold it into your suitcase—no poster tube required for the flight!

7. Missing or Delayed Deliveries

While we use the UK’s most reliable couriers, external factors like weather or traffic can occasionally cause delays.

  • If your poster hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@academicposter.uk with your order number.

  • We will investigate with the courier immediately and, in the rare event of a lost package, we will prioritize a reprint to ensure you don’t miss your presentation.
